Called for service and the person that answered the phone wasn’t very friendly, but hey! I wasn’t looking for a friend so I ordered the job for that afternoon anyway. I waited for the man to arrive and got call at the last minute that they will come in the morning, at which time I got another call that they would not come until noon. When the technician finally arrived, he told me that they don’t clean the edges of the rooms not even as an additional charge because their machine doesn’t reach there. I would suspect that there are machines with a wand to do the job right, but this guys don’t like getting down on their knees, resulting on a job where the borders of the room are left dark and dirty. Obviously I canceled the job. Service is not this guys forte.
