The staff at Express Cleaning and Upholstery are extremely unprofessional. I was given attitude when I called thirty minutes before my appointment to confirm. There is no customer service at all. When I did receive my call back for my 10 o’clock appointment at 10:15, Ernest, the one cleaning my carpets, did not listen to what I was saying, and when asking about the manager he confirmed my address again and then hung up the phone. I then called the office hoping to find the manager, but instead I talked to Henry, the angry employee. I asked Henry when the manager would be there because I needed to talk to him and all he could repeat was “would you like to cancel your appointment?” and “do you have the manager’s phone number”. Im not happy. Plus there is a really good possibility that they could have ruined my wood floors. Don’t use them if you want actual customer service.

These guys are the best in town, if not the entire hill country. They got out every stain in my house, even the dark ones that I thought wouldn’t budge. They don’t use any chemicals in their machines, unlike other guys in town, which leaves a residue that attracts dirt in the future. They were by far the cheapest company around and showed up on time, which means alot in my book. I will be using them again and unless you are a fool, don’t call anyone else in the hill country.

I used this company to do a water damage in my home, they did a good job but they used all of my insurance money, some of the things they did I could have done myself, like moving out and storing my furniture temporarily, they charged me around 20,000 dollars for packing and storing my stuff which left me very little to use for build back. I will not use them again,

I had only 2 rooms i wanted cleaned, they charged me a price to have it done. Once finished it was not even worth the high, high amount. I ended up calling around to see how much they overcharged me and it was around 70 dollars. Finding another company to use now.
