Defnitely don’t use them! They are rude and unprofessional. I called to get a quote and I told her the prices she was quoting me were kind of high because I had my carpet done three times before and it was $80 less all three times. She actually HUNG UP ON ME! Like they were too good and didn’t need my business. So I called around and found three other companies that agreed on the price I had paid the previous times. The girl answering the phone obviously doesn’t care if she’s losing business for the company. I hope her boss reads this. He probably has no idea. Their customer service is horrible.

We had our engineered hardwood installed less than a year ago. Our floor is peeling in 6 different spots around the house. We have not had any water damage above the surface. Before the installation we expressed concern that an area of the slab was a little darker than the rest. We were assured that once the floor was floated it would not be aproblem. After many calls and requests for them to come evaluate the problem they have decide it is not an installation problem. We also pointed out that there are hollow spots under the floor, where the leveling agent was not used. We are stuck with an expensive flooring that really does not look good. We have friends and family with engineered hardwood flooring that have not had this problem. Of course our claim was denied. The most frustrating part is that our concerns before installation were dismissed and now we have to replace our flooring.

I’m very impressed with CC Carpet. They did great work. They came to my home and gave me a Free estimate and from the time the salesrep walked in the door I was very comfortable. I’m single and live by myself and do not like people in my home that I do not know and they were very respectful of my space. I was very unsure what I wanted to do in my kitchen and bathrooms. They showed me all my options and gave me advise on what would look good with the colors I picked for my walls. I was sold on the tile and it was at a great price! Way less than I thought it would be. The installation crew was wonderful. They let me watch over them the whole time and made sure I liked what they were doing. I will use CC Carpet again to do the rest of my house and my countertops. VERY PLEASED CUSTOMER!! 🙂
