Life Maid Simple has been the best cleaning service we’ve ever had. This summer was the 3rd year they have cleaned my rental property (2 houses) between weekly guests and they do nothing less than a fantastic job. We are very specific when it comes to how we expect the houses to be after each cleaning and they consistently perform to our expectations. It is clear they care about their work and don’t take shortcuts like many others do. Kate is pleasant, accommodating and always open to suggestions or special requests. She is absolutely a pleasure to work with. Over the years, I have used no less than 10 cleaning services at my full-time residence which is out of state. I had a brand new floor installed in my business. Hired all star to wax the new floor with their machines. Price was a little high, but I read reviews and thought I would use them . The appt. was at 10 and I received a call at 10:15 (glad i went out of my way to get there) and I was told that there was an issue and they would be late by probably an hour. The owner David knew the job needed to be done so I could put furniture back in order to reopen my business in the morning. Two hours later I called again. ( maybe he cant dial out???) He said he would check on the job and see how much longer. Said he would text me right back. I was the next job because I had to get it done ASAP> Two hours later I still had not heard a word. Left a message, still nothing . At 2:15 I got a call saying that they were still in Rhode Island on a job. Needed to finish it AND then drive an hour to get to me before they could start. IMPOSSIBLE . I told the worker how dissatisfied I was. David had a worker call me so as not to deal with me. Even after telling of my dissatisfaction and to not bother coming, he still never called. Terrible customer service, very unprofessional. Would NEVER recommend.
