It might be natural based. But if you don’t want fragrances be sure to say so. HE promised to come out, but something came up. promised to come out the next day.. Hmmm of course, no showed and wouldn’t answer his phone! Not someone you want to do business with! I bought an Amazon Local discount coupon the service I received was certainly a discount. A kid that looked like he was about 12 showed up. And, unlike their website which state they don’t move anything over 50 pounds, turns out they don’t move ANYTHING. He cleaned around a book that was on the floor. Was in my house a total of maybe 20 minutes. While the high traffic areas were somewhat cleaner, after all had dried, I have a few new stains. I’m guessing from the dirty water. Oh – and this was all after 3 attempts of getting them out to honor my purchase. No follow-up calls. To summarize: BAD SERVICE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE BAD EXPERIENCE
