Beware – Very bad service. He came and gave us an estimate of $195.00 to do the job (He was an hour later than he said that he would be there). We agreed, when he showed up an hour late.- the price had gone up to 270, and hour and a half later there was another charge of $65 to remove the stuff. Then he did not have the correct blowers – even though he had been in the crawl space to give us the quote. He came back the day after, and installed the correct blowers – OH and btw there is a charge for the blowers – note that he told me about this charge AFTER he had already installed them. He is definitely NOT recommended, he is not very pleasant to work with, and not professional in the least. He is definitely a scam. Please stay away from him. I don’t want to give him a star he is that bad. Yelp is making me give a star.

I would never use any other dry cleaners in this area. I began using Bobby Page’s back in the late 90’s when my National Guard unit used them in Carson City for all our military uniforms. I was so impressed I began using them for all my civilian needs too. When I moved to Reno I naturally used them. I went to the store that used to be on Moana and found that the co-owner Steve was as hard, if not harder, worker than his employees! He was always very pleasant and tried extremely hard to satisfy his customers. Now that I am in the northwest I use either the Robb Drive or Sharlands stores and love both of them! I, too, have had problems with items from time to time but they ALWAYS own up to their mistakes and have always replaced or repaired any damages. Mistakes do happen and they are human but I have never had a problem with them not making restitution. I would never go anywhere else…you won’t find customer service like they have anywhere else!!

The cleaning was subpar and superficial – the tub didn’t look scrubbed and still grime on my sink. I had a full toilet paper roll in my bathroom that was almost gone, which made me think this was used to clean instead of a sponge. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Not a true Wash, Dry, & Fold service as advertised on their website. I dropped off my normal laundry since I’m living in a hotel away from home. I was told it would be ready by Friday after 5 even though it was Tuesday. I agreed to pay extra to have it ready next day. I wasn’t able to make it the next day so I came on Thursday to pick it up and was told not everything was ready. I was also told that they won’t wash my socks and underwear! So I was charged nearly $60 to wash normal laundry except for the most important items and I still have to go back to pick up the rest. They couldn’t even bother to call me and inform me that they won’t wash everything!!

I went to the Vista avenue store and picked my shirt. Not thinking to inspect the shirt, I took it home and put it in my closet. Several weeks later, I took the shirt out to wear for a special occasion, I realized the shirt was missing a button. On closer inspection, I discovered the right front panel had been torn completely to the side seam, and very artfully sown together in carefully matching the pattern so as to hide the new patched seam. Had the repair been completed with a matcjing button I might not have ever noticed it. Then I discovered a yellow tag stapled to the bottom of the right panel that reads, “DEFECTIVE CONDITION BEFORE CLEANING,” I guess the implication being I brought it in deffective. I did not. the damage and repair was undoubtedly done at Peerless Cleaners dry cleaning plant. I no longer can trust them to care for my clothes, and have since learned others have had similar experiences as i have. I will never do business with them again.
