Beware of using this company to clean your carpets. I was told furniture would be moved (except large pieces) and the carpet would be ready to walk on. Only one guy showed up and when I asked if he was going to be able to move the furniture he said, “No he wouldn’t. His boss only gave him about 6 small plastic disks to put under the legs of furniture. That’s why Carolina Steam is so cheap.” He threw my large rocking chair on top of my bed instead of putting it in the closet or one of the rooms that wasn’t being cleaned. Or, asking me what I wanted done with it! The carpet was sopping wet. It was as if the suction wasn’t even working. I was never so glad to see someone leave!! I have since found the name of the carpet cleaners I used in the past and I will be sure to call them next time. Stay away from this company.

I was pretty disappointed with what I got. I bought a groupon online for a move in cleaning. We were moving into a new house and it had been vacant for a few years so we wanted it cleaned out. They did a great job with the hardwood floors, kitchen counter, and oven. They didn’t even touch the bathroom which was probably the most important place to clean. They also left trash in the house from paper towels they had used. I wouldn’t recommend using this service.

Whew, sure glad I called these guys. They gave me great deal, and they did a great job! I recently moved out of a rental house and into a house that we bought. I couldn’t stand being in that rental any longer than I had to, especially when I had a brand new house to move into. American Home Cleaning saved the day! My 3 year old son sure made a mess of the house and I was slightly worried if the cleaners were going to be able salvage the place. They sent three amazing cleaners, and they whooped that place into tip top shape in no time. the place is cleaner now than when me moved into the place. Save your hands and your back and have the pros do your dirty work. My only regret is that my landlord didn’t use these guys before we moved in. This was my first house cleaning crew that I used, and I’m glad I did. You can be sure that ill use American Home Cleaning again in my new place.

My wife and I made the mistake of renting a house from Terina Potts. Aboiut 3 weeks ago, our toilet started backing up into the bathtub. Two days later the YSM guy came out and said that he could not fix the problem.Another 3 days later the City came out and stated that the problem was ths resposibility of Mrs.. Potts. The next day,YSM came out and attempted to correct the problem. The man was only able to make the toilet work temporarily We are still having problems and things are still not fixed . during much of this time we were forced to use a 5 gal. for our bathroom needs. Inthe meantime our hot-water heater went out which flooded our kitchen . YSM came out the next day and were unable to fix this problem on to subsequent occasions they tried to use quick fixes which cost them less. After 1 week we are still without hot water we cannot bathe and live in unsanitary conditions. When talking with Mrs. Potts , she is rude and makes all sorts of excuses for not fixing the problens. She only wants to argue. This is not a situation in which to be argumentative. We only want to have these problems fixed. This is pure hell, I do not reccomend that anyone rent fron Mrs.Potts. WE are still waitihg for these problems to be fixed.

working for this company gave me hope for advancement,great hours and great pay. but not long into the job, a few months or so realized their finacial situation was upside down. when questioned about my paycheck and why it was late many lies came soon after. I was very disappointed to have been working for such an unproffesional company. had to report them to nc labor board and many employees got a personal attorney.
