BEWARE! I would not recommend using this company for tile and grout cleaning and repair. They did not get the stains out of my grout and the caulk and grout repair didn’t last one month. Even after a second attempt, the work did not hold up and they only offered us a $35 refund out of a $390 bill! They claim to be licensed, but we were unable to find any proof of license with the city, county or state. They are not accredited with the Better Business Bureau. Their web site says they are “able to lift all soils and stains out of the tile and grout.” An ad they have in a local coupon magazine claims they are licensed. Wouldn’t this be considered false advertising?

This company ruined my carpet by over soaking and the carpet rolled up! The person at fault told me he would send a carpet stretcher an it never happened! To my surprise the owner told me they don’t do that and I would have to pay. When asking for a refund due to my carpet being wrecked he said NO. The owner was very thorough and congenial, nice person! Very determined to do the best job and make the customer satisfied. Great job and service as other more expensive and recognized larger carpet companies for a much better value. Our carpet did buckle and had the same wetness as did before when using Modernistic and other companies but settled after completely dry as usual. Had used the same equipment as other large truck mount services. I called him a couple days later to see if he wouldn’t mind coming out to go over some darker areas seen once it dried, since our carpet is 25 yrs. old and we have four cats. He then called me to come out the following week to rectify those heavily soiled traffic areas and went over them thoroughly!! Carpet looks great!
