Terrible! We had simple water damage from the August flooding. Our carpet was made worse by them. Then, without prior notification, they charged $85/hour for a second treatment which was just as unsuccessful. I ended up cleaning it all myself with some vinegar, steam machine, and some TLC. DON”T WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, or CARPET.

This company in no way over charges senior citizens. I am an employee, and this is actually my uncles company, we charge the same for ever person and actually give the senior citizens a discount. Our prices as of now are 25$ a room, 10$ for a hall, and 25$ for stairs. If you look us up on google we have 4.9 stars out of 5 and around 15-20 good reviews. We are also on Facebook and have A lot of great reviews on there. I have flagged this last post as inaccurate. I have been working for my uncle for 10 years now and we do a wonderful job, we stand behind our work, so if there is a problem when we leave call us and we will come back and fix it.
