I had a lot of the big name company’s clean my carpets they give you a price then when they show up. It always more. 1st class did my carpets for the price they said. They dried. In 6 hr. They removed Staines the other companies couldn’t get out I wouldn’t use another Carpet Cleaning company ever again

Had my carpet cleaned by 1st Class and was very disappointed. Stains and surface dirt did not come out. They were here for less than 20 minutes to clean 2 rooms and hall so basically it was quick job. All I can say is that it smelled good fo the day and a big waste of money.

I recently had air duct cleaning done and I was not happy with at all. Sears website shows the tech blocking return vents, vacuuming all vents, taking off vents and cleaning. None was done. I had to remove all vents and clean them of dirt and debris. I do not recommend Sears duct cleaning service.

Recently, I had a horrible experience with Sears Carpet and Upholtery Cleaning Services. First, they took my order incorrectly after I repeatedly told them what services I wanted. I live in a high-rise on the18th floor which requires a portable unit. Apparently this information was never conveyed to the technician, which meant I had to take off from work and as a result lost 3 hrs in wages. But their biggest sin was even after all that the cleaning job was inferior. I filled out the complaint on line to complain, but no one as of yet has returned my call. I am extermely disappointed with the service and I would not recommend Sears for carpet cleaning. I suggest you save your time and money and call Stanley Steamer. The old adage is correct you get what you pay for. True it is cheaper, and so are the results.
