Horrible service. I took a dress in to have the zipper replaced, went to pick it up on the day I was told it would be done and was told it wasn’t done – I received no call from them to tell me this, even though they had my phone number. The next day the same thing happened, and I told them that I needed my dress back so that I could take it to someone who I could trust – they refused to give me my property, decided to call the police and then lie to the police – saying that my dress was not on the premises when asked by the police. DO NOT use Pro Clean unless you appreciate having your clothing being taken hostage.
