Chem-Dry does a beautiful job cleaning the carpet and it is dry within two hours. Only problem is, they do not offer weekend service. I really need someone to come out on a Saturday because of the hours we work and not one Chem-Dry will work Saturdays.

After calling several carpet cleaning companies who wouldn’t do what I needed , when I wanted it done I finally found Metro Chem Dry. Tim, Aaron, and Asa were professional, friendly and fast. They cared about what my carpet looked like and cleaned several areas over and over. There is no odor from harsh chemicals because they are not used. I will definitely use them again!

Purchased top quality carpet and within 9 months it looked like it was 10 months old. I called to get it replaced at first I was told it had cornrows, then I was told it was a manufacturer’s issue, and then I was told I had to purchase an adjustable vacuum, which I was using. They refused to assist me. Sam was of no help. I will never shop there again. I have had several issues with my vinyl plank and had to have people come out 3+ times they are always late.
