I’ve just recently started using Housekeeping Associates after having been spoiled by a wonderful cleaning gal (and friend) who moved away. Wonderful experience! An entire bottle of red wine spilt all over my dining room carpet! I called the Natural Carpet Cleaning people and someone was at my door in 15 minutes. The service man was fast, friendly and professional. The carpet looks brand new again! I was very impressed and extremely satisfied.

Delivers on time. Collars are always folded improperly when pressed and wrinkles are common on shirts. Currently – They have 2 of my shirts that cannot be found in their system and employees will not look for them in their inventory. Thinking about Missing Posters for their store. Best to avoid, but alternatives are few.
