I brought in a beautiful rug to be cleaned and was told by two Moderne employees that it was trash and should be thrown out? Why you ask? The last time I took it there they applied some type of glue on the backing which is now degrading. When I pointed this out, they denied putting the glue on! Needless to say I took my rug somewhere else where I wouldn’t have to listen to any editorializing. I brought in a rug to be cleaned! Not to have to listen to your opinion.
