I love this company. I first heard about them on WBUR and am truly greatful that I called. They came they saw they cleaned. At first I was ambivalent about having a cleaning company come to my home as I’m a HUGE slob. They didn’t blink an eye and did more than I expected. Worth every bit of $$$$$

It was our first time. They did most of the special requests, like cleaning the windows, refrigerator, but they did not finish the basic cleanings right. Things that were not cleaned: microwave oven, kitchen countertop, the stove burners, range hood, floors in most rooms and front and back stairs were not mopped, under couch, french door. Worst: RAW CHICKEN, frozen food thawing on countertop. I spoke with customer service and she said she would talk to the owner. Noone called back and they charged my credit card the full amount. When I called back, the owner said she had sent me a letter and she did not want discuss it with me, that her customer rep had already spent over an hour with me and that I can take the issue anywhere else. I DO NOT RECOMEND them at all.
