I called to ask if they could get a part which I already knew needed replacement. I had found 7 companies online showing it in stock. I had the Hoover part number. I am not an idiot but the man on the phone merely kept saying “bring it in”, “bring it in” and we’ll let you know what it needs. I am quite adept at explaining myself yet this person at this store was refusing, or perhaps, incapable of listening to a customer. Sure, MAYBE I was wrong, or the machine might actually need additional parts. Never-the-less, there was no excuse for refusing to answer my initial and specific query as to the true availability of the ONLY visible part that I could see was broken. The floor scrubber works fine. Just a plastic piece on the front was broken. I do not like any company that is so unwilling to answer a question nor so insistent on getting someone to drive 40 minutes to be told they are not an idiot. THUS, I WOULD NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY.

This company violates the Do Not Call list. When I called them back they stated we were not on the Do Not Call list, lie. The company can not be trusted and should be flushed down the drain to a watery grave for all the rip off businesses.
