The customer service here is appalling. The people that work here are all in a bad mood and have a scowl on their face. I’ve never experienced anything like this in customer service before where the whole company acts like this. They don’t say ‘hi’, they don’t say ‘thank you’, it is almost robotic. In addition, they started changing extra for shirts for bigger people. I went around to the other dry cleaners in the Iowa City metro and no other dry cleaner does that. They all thought that was strange. I understand charging for a different fabric, but not a different size. Don’t go here. Terrible customer service. And charge extra if you wear bigger clothes. Go to Sonshine or Nature’s Way Cleaners.

First they dripped ink on my shirt. No problem. They can clean it off. Then they returned two extra shirts to me that were not mine. Then they lost the original ink-stained shirt and the owner refused to call be back about getting it replaced. I hope they can get their act together.
