The company does not have the proper updated and working unit for carpet cleaning. It is old and outdated bad. Came to my appointment late with no phone call. Then tried to clean my carpets, did a terrible job and left my carpets soaked. I had to call another carpet service to come and fix my carpets so I would not have damage. Then I called Mr. Dejulio himself to let him know that his work was unsatisfactory and that he did a terrible job. He did not call me back for two days and then when he called he blamed it on his carpet cleaning system not working and being clogged from the previous job that had a lot of dog hair. His carpet cleaning system is old and does not work! Warning. Do not use this service and if your a good carpet cleaning service you know that the idea is to clean carpets and then remove all water for quick drying time, not leave the dirty water in the carpet and ruin the carpet and pad! No excuses!
