Never ever go for Tersus services!!! We booked an appintment with them but they wanted full amount to be paid in advance before confirming the booking. We paid that and got an email confirmaing our booking. On the date agreed, no body turned up for cleaning. After trying to reach them over the phone for over 3 hours, someone finally answered the phone and said they forgot to send anyone and the only thing they can do is to refund the money. It has been 3 weeks since that day and we haven’t even received a refund or an email saying when we will receive it. No one answers the phone or responds to emails. Don’t go by their 35% discount offer. It’s better to pay more and get the work done rather than losing the money without even getting any work done. I wish I had the option of giving NO stars to this business!

I used Extreme Steam in the spring to clean my carpets and they talked me into vents as well. I had 2 dogs and 3 cats and friends with allergies. I now have 1 dog left. My allergy filled friends can now come over and have very few problems. I saw what they pulled out of the ducts, GROSS! This past Friday, I had another company come because I had a coupon. They were late, dumped the dirty water in my street, and didn’t get the carpets all clean despite cleaning 5-6 mos earlier. My dog got horribly sick on the carpet on Sunday. Extreme Steam was here at 1130 on Monday. The new stains are gone, and the spots that “won’t ever get clean” now look brand new again. And it’ll be dry in 6 hours instead of some of the spots took 36 hours to dry. My mom’s socks were black on the carpet after the previous company. I’ll never call anyone else again.

UNRELIABLE – DON’T BOTHER!!!!! I contacted Gary to schedule an appointment. During the conversation I had asked about pet urine and whether he would be able to provide an extra treatment to the carpet. He said that it would not be a problem and referred me to an online product that he “always” uses. With him on the phone, I went to the referenced website which did not exist. Again, with him still on the phone, I did a more extensive search and found the site he referred to. Gary told me that there was an electronic pet product that he “recommends” to customers that would deter pets from using the bathroom and that I could also purchase an enzyme product to be used after his service. Neither products existed on the website. After this conversation, I should’ve known not to move forward with the appointment but I did anyway. We agreed that he would come out 2 weeks later. On the date of the appointment I attempted to call Gary several times to confirm the appointment time but was unable to leave a message as the phone just stopped ringing. Approximately an hour before the appointment I was able to get through and he sounded almost surprised to hear from me or that we had an appointment. I asked him if we were still on for the scheduled appointment and asked when he would be at my home. He asked me what time it was and said that he’d be there an hour later than scheduled and gave me a 30 minute time frame. Gary and his assistant showed up 15 minutes after the time he told me, without a call indicating that he would be late. When he arrived I expressed my frustration about his timeliness and inability to call to let me know that he would be late. I let him know that his time appeared more valuable than mine. He apologized but appeared to brush it off as he kept looking past me at my living room. He asked if I was still interested in his services and I said I was not. He apologized again and was on his way.

They quoted me one price then charged me more. When I asked about the quote they denied ever giving me that price. The two guys that cleaned my house seemed like they were working hard but they completely avoided all the corners of the rooms and about 5 inches from every wall. There was still dog hair everywhere. We bought a new house and needed to get the previous owners dog hair out because my husband is allergic. We had to spend several hours the following day finishing the job that they did not complete. A few days later I wrote them an e-mail telling them how upset I was that they lied about the price they were going to charge me to get my business then upped the cost after the appointment was scheduled. I also expressed my dissatisfaction with the work that was done and they did not e-mail me back or call me back. My overall experience is that they were unprofessional, didn’t care about the quality of work, and did not care that I was upset in the slightest. I do not recommend this company.

We recently purchased a condo in Franklin this October 2019 and was in need of new carpeting. So, I searched the internet and found 4 carpet stores within a few miles of our home. After visiting all 4 stores there was only one store that I want to do business with and that was Best Carpet of Greenfield, WI. The store was super clean, well organized and have lots of samples of carpet to choose from. Nicole greeted us with a friendly smile and she was super nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. She sincerely wanted to help you find your carpet and offered samples to take home and any information you would need to know about your choice. So, we picked a few samples and took them home only to discover that they looked different in our condo than at the store. On our second visit to Best Carpet we met Sandy and Sam, the owner. Sandy is an expert in color and helped us to find the carpet to compliment the wall color and Sam gave us a super great price on a Tuftex carpet from the design collection. We purchase 125 YARDS and his price was the best price in the area. We couldn’t have been more excited and happy about our purchase. It took two week for the carpet to arrive from California and it was worth the wait. It is beautiful. The install went perfect by Sam’s own workers. They arrived on time and stayed on the job until they were done. Before the installing of the new carpet they used a high powered vacuum to sweep up all the debris on the floors after the removal of the old carpet and staples. The new carpet was then installed over an 8 lb pad of our choice and when it was done they vacuumed the entire carpet. A perfect job. I would like to thank everyone at Best Carpet for their help in the selection, the installation of our carpet and Sam for the great price. A job well done. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase from Best Carpet.

We have a family heirloom wool rug that one of our dog’s soiled on. Completely mortified that the rug was forever damaged, I wasn’t expecting the best case scenario when it was returned to us. I was skeptical. I was instead, BLOWN away at the finished product. Our rug magically was perfect and we couldn’t tell a thing had happened. A stain from years ago is also nowhere to be found.
