Do not waste your time with this company. They “clean” my office twice a week and are terrible. Per company policy, they are not allowed to move ANYTHING. For example: a pen was left on an empty desk and they literally cleaned around it. We could tell because of the dust left behind. Our paper towels haven’t been changed in two weeks. The handicap bar in the restroom is covered in dirt and dust. They gave us a book to communicate with the cleaning crew, but they have excuses for everything. We end up cleaning after them.

Do not use this company! They use bait and switch tactics. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! Advertised $45 duct cleaning. When i called to book I asked if the coupon covered ducts in house. The person said yes. Tech got to house tried to tell me $200. I was upset and explained that I knew he was tech but that he should pass along to boss that was bad business practice. Tech was rude, told me he hears it all the time from customers [so clearly the owner uses this tactic frequently ] I was going to still do 45 cleaning but after rude tech I told him to leave.

Elitist Snobs. Been there twice during their rug cleaning specials. The employee’s walk around with their noses so high in the air I am amazed they can find oxygen. Both times I was there I was treated like a second class citizen and I can only presume it was because I was asking about the cost of repairs and such instead of just saying fix it. I had some fraying on one rug and wanted to remove the tassel on another. they wanted over $20 a foot to remove the tassel and bind the ends. Never ever again and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

I bought a Groupon for Tornado carpet cleaning and scheduled an appointment 3 weeks out to have my carpets cleaned the day before turning in the keys at my apartment. I had an appointment from 11-1 and after no one showing up by 12, I called and left a message asking for someone to call as soon as possible. Then again at 1, I called and left another message that no one showed up and I needed my carpets cleaned to turn in the keys to the apartment complex the next day. So my appointment came and went with no one showing up and no returned calls or explanation! I ended up scrabbling to find another company and paying 3 times the cost to have someone come out that evening for me. The company finally called several hours later stating they could come out and do, but by then I already contacted Groupon for a full refund and notified them of the business. This was a complete inconvenience and I do not recommend this company to anyone!

THIS CARE IS DRY ABOUT AN HOUR AFTER THEY LEAVE AND THE CARPET LOOKS BRAND SPANKING NEW, THE WAY THAT THIS COMPANY TAKES THE TIME TO GO OVER AND OVER THE CARPET TO GET EVERY BIT OF WATER OUT THAT THEY CAN IS EVIDENT BECAUSE WHEN THEY LEAVE IT LOOKS THE SAME COLOR AS IT DOES WHEN IT IS DRY. I WAS AMAZED AT HOW DIFFERENT THEIR CARE WAS FROM HOW STANLEY CARPET CLEANER LEFT OUR CARPET. THOSE MEN WERE JUST TERRIBLE.
