I rarely give an exceptional star rating to any business, but Christopher’s definitely derserves it. I’m a strong believer that great services starts with the the first time I call to the time they provide the service. Not only did the guys do a great job of cleaning my upholstery and carpet, but they also sent out a representative to discuss the services with me free of charge. They helped me understand what is available and how I could protect my furniture with the protection treatment. (If you haven’t seen how this works, you should definitely look into it.) When the guys came, they were very well mannered and careful with my things. (I’ve had people in the past that have no respect, leaving marks on the walls or trash behind). I only recommend Christopher’s for cleaning and nowt their protection treatment too! If you care about your furniture and carpeting, you should defnitely give them a call.

100% agree with devonly. This company is a total fraud. If you are looking to have your carpet professionally cleaned, do yourself a favor, steer clear from United Pro Clean. You will not regret it. I won’t say much but I let you be the judge… I purchased a $59 groupon deal ($199 value) to have my 2 bedroom apartment carpet cleaned and this is what I got: – I called on Wednesday, and was scheduled for today’s service. Quick service. A+ – The service won’t cover stain removal. If you want that, it will be an extra $35/room. If you want him to just remove the stains (which I did not understand) it will be $50 for my 2 bedroom apartment. – It took the serviceman less than 30 minutes to clean my entire apartment. – And, from what I could observe, I did not see any detergent/cleaning product used. – The servicean will pass through an area once – spot or no spot. high traffic area or not. I checked the fine prints on groupon, I cannot find any mention of stain removal being extra. I called groupon and reported my experience, they confirmed that such thing should have been mentioned in the fine prints. I checked United Pro Clean’s website and they claim to be affordable and “have no reason to bury fees in a sea of dollar signs.”

This company is completely unprofessional. My quote I got over the phone seemed pretty reasonable, however when the technicians showed up and priced out how much things would cost it was almost 3 times higher than the phone quote. Turns out the phone quote was just for the basic clean, which according to the description doesn’t get the stains out of the carpet. If you want to get your carpets really clean you need to upgrade to a more expensive treatment. Then they charge extra for berber carpets, and they told me since my basement is large, it counts as 2 rooms. Finally after all these add-ons my quote was $700! $700 to clean an average sized basement, 12 steps and an 8×10 area rug. I was livid beyond belief! My original phone quote was $162. On top of all of this the techs showed up 2 hours late. the techs were very professional and I actually felt quite sorry that they work for such sheisters.

I was very impressed with the technician, I found him to be very knowledgeable of the process that goes into carpet cleaning, you see when I was a kid my father owned his own janitorial business and contracted his services to the united states government so I knew what to expect. My carpet had not been cleaned since I moved into my apartment 3 yrs ago and when he left my carpet look better than it had when I moved in. He used 100% bio-degradable products. The nonallergenic cleaner was very safe for my family and pet, and it only took 45 minutes before we could walk on it. I will certainly use him again when the time comes.

I contracted Platinum Maids to do a monthly cleaning service at my home. The first clean was scheduled to arrive at 12:30. Around 12 o’clock I received a phone call saying that the tech would be running behind and would not be to my house till 3:30. He arrived at 4:30 to start the clean. The tech had my husband sign a form saying sign this so I can start. What we did not realize was that form made their satisfaction guarantee and void. I have since requested a copy of the form they had him sign and the manager who will only identify himself as Tony refuses to provide it while laughing at me. The maid preformed some cleaning and then told my husband he was done and would like to leave but my husband had to do a walkthru. At this point it was after 8 at night. My husband was not aware of the 50 point clean they promise on their website and basically told the maid yes he could go I would check it when I got home. The guy left. When I returned home later that evening I noticed my wood floors had a film on it. The couch pillows and blankets were left in bunches, the beds were not made. There was trash on dust and cob webs left on floors and walls. The area rug in my bathroom now has a bleach foot print.I contacted the company at 8:30am the next morning leaving a message to return my call. At 12:30 I called again after no one contacted me. I spoke with the receptionist and said no I did not want the same guy back I had no faith in the company at this time. She responded she had no authority to refund the clean. I asked to speak with someone who did and could explain my options. 3p I received an email saying they would reschedule the clean for later today if I contacted them back. I sent two emails and called the office, finally at 3:45 the manager “tony” called me back. He said we signed the paper he does not have to send any one back he would if he could. He continued to argue with me this was my own fault and he did not have to do anything

Platinum Maid Service was unreliable, unaccommodating, and had very poor customer service. Not only did they not come during the scheduled time, but they also failed to notify anybody that they would be unable to come on the scheduled day at all. They were unwilling to come during my first available alternative time, which meant that I had to reschedule our tenant’s move-in, and they offered no concessions for my wasted time and inconvenience. To say that my experience with this company was poor would be an understatement. I am completely embarrassed by their lack of customer service. I would strongly recommend against using this company for any cleaning need. They should rename the company “Bronze Maid”.
