I had a very extensive house fire in January. I took a fair amount of time coming to terms with the damage and pulling the trigger on getting a contractor out to bid the work. Our insurance suggested restoremasters and i met with Mike and one of his foreman Adan. They were extremely helpful in setting expectations about the process. About half way through the process I expressed strong concern about the material used for the face of the home. To be short I was pissed. In all fairness it was exactly what I had asked for but it looked horrible. Mike and Adan worked with me on removing the material and installing something with a much higher curb appeal. They could have very easily told me to get bent and many contractors would have. Having worked in the construction industry for many years I know very well that some contractors only care about their bottom line. that was not the case with restoremasters. They cared about building me a new home I was going to be happy to live in. Every contractor is going look good when things go smoothly, these guys shine when things need to be fixed!

I had a roofer come out and re roof my house in 2008. To keep it short, he did a terrible job which left me with lots of repairs. He had is no longer in business. Fast forward to 2015. I contacted Brian and he had the means to take charge and to dry out and contain the issues that had already occurred. He communicated with me and constantly kept me informed with a great round a bout number as far as damages incurred. He was was very professional and fair in all assessments. I was desperate with my position, but I always felt he was reliable and fair with all his assessments/charges.Ii never felt taken advantage of. I am the type of guy that believes “You get what you pay for.” I never go for the most expensive, nor the least expensive, but something in between. He blew me away with their service, was very good with communicating with me about my questions about charges, and was available at all times. BEYOND fair. FYI.. I’ve had terrible experiences with contractors in the past. No business is perfect. I can tell you something. Brian cared, he kept me informed (who knows, I might be a little high maintenance when it comes to things like these). I feel like if an issue were to arise, he would maintain contact and give you options and tell you the details rather than put you in a bad position. Highly recommended. After the job was done, I asked him for job estimates on other things that need to be done on my house.. In other words, I would definitely use him again.

This is now my third time getting my carpets cleaned by Bevan and they do an AWESOME job! He’s actually in my living room carpet cleaning as I type this (and has no idea that I’m doing this). This is the third time having him clean my carpets in three years and I wouldn’t have him back if I didn’t think he was good. We have high traffic in our house and pets that we’re allergic to so we like to keep the carpets clean. I don’t really do many reviews, but I don’t see ANY reason why the other review would be so bad. Maybe they’re a competitor or maybe just had a bad experience. Maybe they didn’t like the quality since that is so subjective, but to say they’re over-priced?!? No way!! That’s why I think it’s a competitor leaving that review. If not, I’d love to know what happened to make you call them dishonest and what was wrong with the service. From what I can tell, Bevan is a small, independent carpet cleaning business ran by Myrl and Laurie Bevan (Their name are on their business cards). There must not be any other employees because every time we call or have the carpets cleaned, it’s always been Myrl that does it. Last time he cleaned our carpets he was working SO hard and did an AWESOME job!!! He was super thorough, walked through the entire house with me having me point out any stain that I could see and any pet spots that I remember happening (we have a cat and a dog). He pre-treated all of those spots and now he’s in the living room doing the carpet cleaning. He’s also going to do a carpet protector for us at a price that’s a lot less than the other carpet cleaners. Trust me, I’ve checked. Myrl does a great job and I’m more than happy to recommend him to everyone I know!

Great Company! I am not sure what this previous poster was complaining about but I love working with Denise and the staff. Going on 2 years of service and while sometimes things are not perfect they work hard to make things right and work with me on the cleaning specifics I need. I have tried others and these guys are the tops. I have never seen them wearing poor clothing or anything like that. Most of the staff they have are long term employees as far as I can tell.
