Not a good service provider! I had my two roof leaks and associated hardwood floor damage repaired in the summer of 2010 and paid them $7,000+. 2011 winter – no leak, 2012 winter – small leak at one of the two repaired areas, 2013 winter – more leak in the ceiling. 2014 winter – even worse, and hardwood floor bad again. Now I plan to do my own repair as Class One told me their roofing sub did not want to come as they are responsible for only one year’s labor. I suspect they did not properly install ice and water shield under the shingles. The $7,000+ repair is mostly wasted. Why would you want someone to repair your roof that is only good for one year?

I thought using the neighborhood drycleaner was a good idea. Just as I pulled into Heritage Fine Drycleaning I received a call from my sister – she had just lost her job of more than 20 years. So, I continued to stay in my car speaking with my sister about the issue. A few minutes later, the Manager (an older lady with short brown hair) came out of the building and asked me if I was a customer or not! I said yes, I have some Dolce&Gabanna pants to dry clean. She said okay – because I looked like I was loitering OR waiting for a drug deal! OH PLEASE LADY! Do I not look mormon enough for you? I WILL DEFINITELY TELL EVERYONE IN THIS NEIGHBORHOOD AND EVERYONE I KNOW HOW AWFUL YOU MADE ME FEEL BY JUDGING ME ON MY APPEARANCE. AND I WILL NEVER USE YOUR BUSINESS AGAIN!

I’m sorry I waited so long to tell you about this company. They have been cleaning my carpet for over 10 years. Once I found them, I stuck. They go out of state for their soap and the cleaning results are superb. I gave my mother-in-law their services as a Christmas present last year (carpet and furniture) and she said she had never experienced such a good cleaning job. On top of the excellent work, the staff are very personable and everyone has a good sense of humor. Now I just leave my front door unlocked and go to work – they lock the door behind them after they’ve done their magic. In my opinion, you won’t go wrong with these folks.

No chemical smell, just nice clean carpets. Years ago, Cliff was away on vacation and I was in a rush so I used another service. BIG MISTAKE. Once you’ve used Cliff’s service you’ll be spoiled, even if you don’t know it. I’ve never made that mistake again! I just call Cliff.
