My wife and I relied on another big name carpet cleaner that KSL promotes. After rescheduling on us 4 times, we were sure the “big name” was coming on the appointed time. An hour before the arrival time, with all the furniture moved, we got another call from them that they had to reschedule. We were completely disappointed, outraged, and in a pinch. That’s when a friend recommended Quinney’s Carpet Cleaning. Branden saved our butts! He was SO professional and was able to come THAT DAY! He was very nice and went straight to work. We didn’t know our couch was white and our carpets could look brand new! **** DISHONEST BUSINESS ******Had 200-350 square feet of carpet cleaned. Was told by rep that for $545 dollars they would guarantee that all pet urine odor would be gone. I asked if they would need to pull up carpet to clean under etc. and was told no, that the product they use gets all the way down to the hard wood and disolves all the odor causing crystals. Was told for a lesser price they could make the carpet better but could not guarantee the results. I agreed to pay $545 for the guarantee. 3 weeks after the carpet was barley starting to dry and odor was still there. Called and spoke with rep who told me they usually don’t come back after such a long period of time. I explained that the carpets were just barely starting to dry and there was now a large black spot. Rep agreed to send someone out as it was obvious something was wrong. Rep came out and cleaned half the carpet. Urin smell still there. Called again and was told only come out twice how is that a guaranteed service? Now they won’t return calls.
