Worst roofing company out there. They will take your money but they will not finish the job or do it correctly. If you call them with a problem, they will not return your calls until there is a complaint on Better Business Bureau, and then they will make excuses for not returning calls and not fixing the problem. They will only fix the problems they caused due to faulty installation if you pay them extra money. They only have a 1 year warranty also, so if you want your roof to last longer than 1 year, i would go with a more reputable company.

I saw the damage Dreamers Household SVC did to my mother-in-laws furniture and I was in shock. They ruined her furniture and they aren’t owning up to it. This woman is 72 years old, disabled, on a fixed budget and can’t afford to replace the furniture they ruined. They said they would replace her furniture and they LIED. They even blocked her phone number. I hope you guys at Dreamers are reading this. How powerful you must feel taking advantage of an elderly disabled woman. You should be ashamed. You guys do not have a conscience. God help you. Btw, I had to put one star because it would not take zero stars. RUN AWAY from this company and please warn your friends and family. Thank you
This company charged me $7000 to fix my roof and siding and just over a year later it has leaked horribly and severely damaged an entire room. They ignored my calls for 4 months until i posted a claim at BBB. They said it is only a 1 year warranty and want another $950 upfront to fix the leak, not including the inside damage. Do not use this company if you want a roof that lasts more than 1 year and expect good quality work and customer service.
