Never use this company. They came to my house to clean my ducts with a coupon I had from Valpak. The coupon said $64.95 but they charged me $550. They then said they wouldn’t leave until I paid in full. I objected and said that when I made the appointment over the phone I said I had a coupon. The men who did the cleaning said that I could speak to their boss, the owner Tony. They called him for me and he said that the coupon was only valid for 10 vents and that they had cleaned 14 vents and the dryer vent (which I had never asked to be cleaned). I told him that the mark up on the 4 vents and the dryer vent was very high. He told me that I had better pay up or he would personally come over to collect the money. I am elderly and I didn’t want any trouble so I paid with my credit card which I am still trying to pay off. I had a very bad experience with this company and I would recommend people to stay away.
