My house flooded and I was in a panic mode. I got a referral from a friend to Family Owned Restoration. I called and spoke with Shane who was in Austin on business at the time. After giving him the information that he needed, (he was so kind and reassuring) within 2 hours he had his crew and a plumber at my house along with an owner of another water restoration company to supervise Shane’s crew and check for water damage in the walls and baseboards as well as making sure that the correct placements of the dehumidifiers and fans were completed. Shane continued to coordinate all damage control from Austin. Shane’s crew, Jonathan and Mac were fantastic. They were very knowledgeable as to what needed to be done. They moved furniture out of two bedrooms and the living room (saving the furniture) and immediately got to work extracting water from the bathroom, and wall to wall carpeting in the hallway, bedrooms, closets and living room. Jonathan kept assuring me that my carpeting would be saved. Shane came to my house the next day and every day there after until all was back to normal in my home. Shane is extremely knowledgeable about water damage and what needs to be done to insure a mildew/mold free home. (In fact he was planning to attend a continuing education week long course after the work was completed at my house.) He along with Jonathan and Mac were not only professional, but reassuring , kind, and caring about their work as well as their customer. I was treated as if I were a member of their individual families. I have never been treated as nicely from a service oriented company as I was with Shane and his crew. After the carpeting and walls were dried out, the carpets were cleaned. Shane and Jonathan were right. The carpeting and padding was saved and now looks like new. In fact, I had them clean the rest of the wall to wall carpeting in my house. And all looks beautiful. Of course, they replaced all the furniture that was removed . The water damaged areas were treated with mold/mildew preventer. Shane warrants for a year that my home will not have any mold or mildew damage. I can’t thank Shane and crew enough for all that they did for me and my home. They are now my official carpet cleaning company. THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!

Recently I had Centre Cleaners clean a bridesmaids dress and a pair of slacks for me. The slacks had a small stain that I asked them to remove (basically that was the only reason I even went to have them cleaned!). Not only did they not remove the stain but they also left a mark around the stain so the pants are ruined. The bridesmaids dress I had them press again because when I went to pick it up it was wrinkled from the way they had hung it. When I went back to pick it up they had hung it the SAME way. It is a silk strapless dress and they used a skirt hanger to pinch the top of it. I’m not going to have to steam the top and just HOPE that those terrible crimps from the hanger come out. Otherwise the dress is ruined too. I will NEVER use this cleaners again.

Stay away..A lot of broken promises as to repairing their improper installation and hauling off material left after job is not worth it. Jason made several promises that they would come back and finish the job. After seven different promises to haul off material and repair improper installation and two and a half months of time, leaves me no other option but to give his company a review. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!! Mr. Azad quoted me a price for cleaning and appraisal of $120 per rug. I had a 6th rug I needed repaired where the colors were washed out. I explained this to Mr. Azad. He told me tea staining was a technique that would bring back the colors of the rugs and suggested some nice rug padding that would protect my rugs from wear and tear. I agreed. The amount he charged on my credit card was not the amount previously quoted for cleaning and appraisal – $700 plus the extra for padding and tea staining. He charged me close to $1700 for the cleaning and appraisals. I have not received the apprasails and the rugs looked uncleaned.The hall rug was not repaired and looked untouched. I paid $400 for the padding and got remnants of carpet padding put together with duct tape. The tea staining was $720. Not all the rugs were tea stained and the ones that were look uneven and dirty. The total bill -$2754. He made promises to deliver my rugs and did not show up or call. He would tell me my appraisals would be delivered but they never were. He told me the truck driver did not have the apprasails and they were at the store, but when we went to the store they were not there either. Then he said he had them and would deliver them the next day. His word cannot be trusted and franklly I am glad I got my rugs back at all. Horrible experience!

I have bought a rug online through campbowierugs.com a while ago and when they brought it over it happend to be a wrong size and color , they took it back and i made trip there to see if there is anything else for me to try, the owner was just so helpful and he let me get a different size and color with no extra charges and believe it or not he even had that rug delivered back to my house for free .
