I had the owner and wife come out for the “free” estimate and thy unloaded all the equipment before even talking to us. The guarantee is useless, it is only good for them to keep coming back (weeks later) to re-clean. I can on say we move all of of stuff out of three rooms and a hall to try them out and i was told they would only charge 39$ haha. SO the come in and spray them chemicals ( we paid extra because we had a stain so that made it 79$ then we had pets so 20 per room and 20 for the scotch guard that is the only way you get the guarantee= 199$$) so one spay that was only in spots then they used a floor buffer. after that they used a hand held vac you can buy for a few hundred ( be warned in photos they have show a van vac that is much better). They left and my house smelt like a cleaning store and it did not dry till the 24 hours later (darn sure no 1-5 hours ha) after it dried it smelled like pee so bad i could not stay in my own home. I have never had a dirty home and it made me feel disgusting. They would not come out for 3 days, three days of that smell so I used a friends carpet cleaner and just hot water hoping to clean it out (if you use any cleaner it voids the warranty) The dirt and brown water that came up made me beyond mad. I call to see if I could get money back and they never do that according to one of the workers, they will just come back at their own leisure to clean every time. They made my carpets worst and only got out a few darkened spots no stains and it now has a smell all over that i am still fighting to get rid of. They cam out and sprayed and deodorant on the 5th day and it helped some but no refund or solution in sight.
