Huge Dissappointment! Requires a $49.95 PLUS tax – charge per room NO matter the size. They quickly run over your carpet in less than five minutes, and stains larger than a DIME they don’t care to remove. The salesperson doesn’t give you a quote over the phone, so they are at your property, equipment ready to charge you whatever gouging price they wish. If you do still decide to use them, have ALL of you furniture out of the room, because they will still charge you the SAME for what ever is in the room AND they will not move furniture around.

We were required to use Chem-Dry of Brazos County as a condition for the sale of our home in College Station. They called to process payment, and when I couldn’t pick up the first time because I was in a meeting, they then called five additional times until I had to step out because I thought it might be an emergency. They didn’t seem to understand that I was uncomfortable sharing my credit card information over the phone and would not allow another form of payment despite my willingness to provide one (i.e., check, online secure processing, etc…). I would not use them if I had the choice and will not use them again in the future.
