Came to clean my vents, paid them extra to clean my AC unit and condensate line. They didn’t put the plumbing back together right and it dripped for several days before we noticed a smell coming from under the sink. I got the leak fixed but the smell is horrible. The technician, Eddie, said there is nothing he can do for me and the manager won’t take my calls.

I took 2 dresses to Basils for hemming. They wanted to charge me to wash and iron. Too. When I said “no” their clerk said that charge would be adjusted off. When I went back to pick up my dresses, the clerk tried to charge me a “minimum handling fee” which was the same charge as the original wash and iron fee that I declined. I refused to pay this fee and the clerk tried to tell me she had the right to charge this fee because they send all alterations out. Today, when I wanted to wear one of the dresses I discovered that one of the hems was done totally incorrectly, very short in the back, way too long in the front. When I called Basils to try to get this sorted out first the clerk hung up on me, and the 2nd time, she just did not answer the phone.

This is a self owned business that the owner sends his friends over to clean your carpet. I would not suggest you use this company at all unless you are at home and can watch ever move the person makes. From my experience he sent someone to clean my carpet and they stole from us. The owner Cody in return said we were lying cursed me out and hung up on me. He has not taken responsibility and we have not heard back from him.

They sent a technician who was more interested in getting through the job than doing his job. I had my vents cleaned. He knocked the soot loose, but did not remove it from the vents. When my heater started it blew soot all over my furniture and my carpet which presumably he had just cleaned. Needless to say my carpet was in worse condition than when he got there. He missed a spot in my bathroom to which I called his attention. After he left, I check the spot and he had run his machine so long that he burned the nap of the carpet. He was supposed to clean the stairwells. I overheard him talking to his boss and it was time for him to go to another appointment so he just left without cleaning them. I notified the company and they sent another tech out, but never came back to correct any of this.

They consistently show up during the scheduled time frame and always do a good job! I love the $4 per room warranty because they will come out as often as you want. I will definitely use them again!
