If I could give them less stars, I would. We purchased $4200 in wood from the. The ordered the wrong wood. And loaded it without us viewing it. When we got it home, they were already closed. I phoned first thing in the morning and told them that an error had been. Made. The owner, Mr. Honeycutt told me they never made errors and they were not willing to take the wood back. I told him to expect to hear from my attorney. Also contacting BBB and consumer fraud. Now, I don’t even want an exchange but a refund. I refuse to deal with this back word , never make an error company. They have lost a lot of business from us.
