get someone else to clean your carpet.they said that someone would be at my house between 1:oo and3:oo pm.i made sure i was at home by 12:30.at 4:10 no one had shown up.i called the office to ask if anyone was coming or not.i was told the tech was still twenty three minutes from my home.when i asked about the 1:00 to 3:00 time frame the man i was speaking to became a little bit surly.he said i could reschedule or i could cancel. and he did not seem to care which i did.so i will be giving my business to someone who wants it.

SCAM, MONEY HUNGRY OWNER, FRAUD, WASTE OF MONEY, CALL SOMEONE REPUTABLE I have used this company once before, and I should have been on alert when the guy who came the first time complained about the company practices and the way the company treats their employees. However, I tried them again because they were running a $90 special. This is where the company started to show their true Stars and Strips. 1) My appt was between 10-12pm, the tech showed up at 12:15pm. The tech turned out to be the owner of the company Jeremy. He explained that he was late because he had been calling me multiple times and got no answer. I explained to him that we spoke earlier at 9:45, and I told him I would be at home. I apologized for not being available he called, as I do have children and I had to fix them lunch. Anyhow that still didn’t take away from the fact that he knew I said I would be home because we spoke earlier. 2) I explained to him that my carpet was not filthy and needed some spot cleaning becasue of my 2 year old son. I also explained that they did not have to move any furniture, and the job should be fairly simple. He was upset that I didnt go for the deluxe option they try to surprise on the clients once they arrive. **Dont buy the deluxe it does not make a difference. Also why charge people extra for something other carpet companies do as a standard service.** We have stairs and I asked him if he could clean my stairs since I didnt have as many rooms as the deal was for. He said ‘no’. Generally most people are understandable and don’t mind giving their customers their money worth. 3) After he refused to give me a deal on the stairs I explained ot him that I was on a budget, and the stairs needed the most work. I told him That I wanted to get my 2 year olds room cleaned and the stairs. He then got upset because this was going to be less than $90 and refused to do the job. This is when he told me he was the owner and left. I would have never admitted to this with his behavior, but I guess this is what good business has come to in today’s economy. No customer service, no perks, no commitment. It’s ashamed that money drives people these days. To the owner, Jeremy, I just want to say, Thank You!. I have never used a Rug Doctor before, but today I did. It cost me $45, and I cleaned the rooms, the stairs, and upholstery. Thanks for saving me $150 because I had you booked for my other home as well. Please learn how to interact with your customers, and not be so rude. It looks like Rug Doctor and your competitors will be getting your business.
