Please everyone, read the reviews and pass the word. He doesnt have a A+ rating with the BBB as for this time. Right now the BBB is fixing his F rating. One thing Jermie cant fix is his criminal record. Google Jermie England and you’ll see he is a convicted felon. His charge is GRAND THEFT from scaring 84 year old customer of his telling her she had mold in her house. He bilked her for $140,000. And he passed bad checks. A leopard cant change his spots. Its funny he talks of karma. That 84 year old woman you scammed. Maybe this is your KARMA.I know for a fact the owner is placing the positive reviews himself. He is hoping if he places enough reviews it will distract you from the truth. If you use his company you deserve anything that happens to you.

I wish I could give this company negative stars. I’ve never worked with someone so unprofessional or rude. I originally contacted the company to clean my carpets and was impressed with the website and the owner’s (Mr. Jeremie England) claim to make sure that his customers were satisfied with his work. I had no problem getting a quick appointment. I wanted his special deal to clean 4 rooms for $99. I asked him on the phone if I would receive any surprises on more costs once he came to my house. He said only if there were bad stains. The owner himself came to our house for the cleaning. The first thing he wanted to do was charge us an additional $400 for “in depth cleaning”. He was rude and almost at the point of yelling at my husband when we questioned these charges. We should have refused his services but decided to take a chance and agreed on paying extra money for our living area only since it did have a few stains. He quickly did his job with no indication that he did anything special to the living room in comparison to the other rooms. At first the carpet looked ok but after a couple of days when it settled back down I could still see stains and dirt. This I might have expected from a basic cleaning but I had been told that I would be impressed with the “extra in depth” cleaning he conned us into. We called to voice our concerns and once again he was incredibly rude and told us to call back next week. We did call back and he scheduled an appointment for us for 4 days later at 7 am in the morning (completely inconvenient to us). On that day we waited all morning for a technician to arrive but they never did. We called Mr. England 3x and while he finally said his technician would come at 6 pm we still didn’t have anyone show up nor did we receive any phone calls to explain. We left a couple of messages for Mr. England that he has not since returned. In my last message to him I stated that I would like the extra fee back ($100) since I feel he only provided a basic cleaning. I also stated that I would prefer to resolve this with him in person. But he has ignored my phone calls. As a consumer who was wronged I may never get my money back but I can hopefully help you avoid this company by sharing my story. I will also file a complaint with the BBC.
