Professional and fast. They’ll call you back when they want to confirm your appointment but not when you want have a complaint. After my carpets dried I still had spots that could easily come up with resolve. Maybe they should have taken a little more time to ensure the job was done right. You get what you pay for!! I had to go back and do my carpets myself. So if you just want a cheap, fast half a@@ job go to majic carpet!! The only majic is them making your $$ disappear!!

Oh my goodness!!! I cannot believe I have the same rug! I believe it looks better than it did when it was new. No joke!!! My 8 x 10 wool rug is so bright and beautiful I am almost in shock. I didn’t realize that it was so dirty. Now, I am just waitiing for some strong men to move the furniture out of my family room so I can send that rug to be cleaned. This was not the first time I have had the rugs cleaned, but there is no comparison. Blazer Bros did a superb job. My family room rug looks so dull and dirty, it has to come up. I am so thankful I found Blazer Bros. They have saved my expensive oriental rug that my grandmother gave to me. My pets were using it and because of the color, I was not aware until the odor became so bad. BB got rid of the odor and gave me back a beautifully clean rug.
