They came the following Tuesday May 8, 2018 at 1PM. The original quote of $500-$600 based on my photos quickly turned to $1200 and I still had to pay $185 to clean 4 rooms. I said I could buy new carpet for that! They finally agreed to clean my carpets and dye the offending spots for $1000. Before I agreed I said letВ’s do one spot. I was impressed with the color match and told them to continue. They were done by 3:30 PM and packed in a hurry so I didnВ’t have time to really inspect their work. (ThatВ’s pretty good pay for 2-1/2 hours work…) When it was wet it looked good. So I paid them cash and he and his wife left. The next day the offending spots became more visible as the areas dried and my wife was not happy. What did we pay $1000 for she asked? When I requested Brandon the owner to come back and redo the spots that were still visible he said it would cost $150 more for him to come out! He refused to come back to redo the spots unless I paid him again… Enough said! We should have just bought new carpet!
