The younger of the 2 men that came was rude and unprofessional. He yelled at/ belittled the older gentleman right in front of me. He also thought it was ok to have 2 phone conversations in my garage while he was supposed to be working. One of them consisted of him singing ” I just called to say I love you”. The other phone call was the guy yelling at the person on the phone about a customer complaint from the prior day. He also asked for a drink ( which I found a little unprofessional), then about 20 min later took it upon himself to refill his cup without even asking!!! He also left me door wide open ( it was around 40В° outside) for about 40 min! Overall a poor experience, would not recommend them!

We contacted Morris Maintenance (also called Conestoga Window Cleaning) in August 2011 to clean our city home prior to an open house. They sent three cleaners, who spent 3 hours in our 2,200 sq. foot home and billed us $225 for this “initial cleaning.” Here’s the problem: They didn’t clean it very well for the high price they charged. The three cleaners moved very fast through our home — too fast to do a thorough job. And it showed. When we checked the floors they supposedly vacuumed and mopped–we found dirt and grime. When we pointed out some mold in the shower, they told us it was permanent. And they didn’t clean obvious areas like cabinet doors or bannisters.They also have a long list of items they don’t clean–shower curtains, doors, the range, etc. Cleaning windows would cost a few hundred doors more. I’ll admit they did a good job dusting. Except that they dusted the ceiling fans over our beds without putting down a drop cloth to catch the falling dust. When we mentioned our dissatisfaction to the owner, he offered no apologies or corrections. All he wanted to know was when we would schedule our next cleaning with them. Sorry, we won’t be hiring them again. Trust us, you can clean your home or business better than Morris Maintenance. And if you don’t have the time to clean, hire another company instead of wasting your money with Morris Maintenance.

When I contacted Paul Davis about water damage, they told me they were a full service company and would not only dry my floor/ceiling but they would fix it too. My floor was dried in June. A person came out to look at damages on the last day of June. As of August 12, I have not had calls returned. They left my 2nd floor bathroom in unusable condition. They ripped up the linoleum even going so far as to leave the toilet unstable because the linoleum was ripped out from under it in places. . They placed a tiny piece of brown paper on the bare boards which would not stop water from going through the floor. The paper is only around the sink. By now the small area of wet floor would have dried. The plumber had removed all the portions of wet ceiling, so only a small area of floor was wet when they tested. I don’t feel that this company deserves payment.
