I called to set up an appointment two weeks ago. The morning they were to show up for the cleaning, Dallas called to say their vehicle broke down and they wouldn’t have it back until later that night. He offered to come another day. I set up the cleaning for yesterday. I didn’t receive a call from him, but it appears he was trying to text our office land line to let me know he wasn’t coming. I did give him my personal cell number to call, in case they couldn’t make it. That didn’t happen. We rescheduled for this morning at 10:00 AM. I stood out in the cold waiting for 20 minutes and he never showed up. There is a security code on the door, so I couldn’t wait in the apartment for him to show up. While waiting, I called the cell number Dallas provided, but he didn’t answer. Eventually, I came back to the office and tried to call again….and again, no answer. I hate to post bad reviews, as I know we all have bad days. BUT, this has been going on for two weeks. Enough is enough. I recommend you don’t call this company for any service.

Gary and his son Dallas have treated us wonderfully for the past 20 years. Dallas was here yesterday and did a great job, plus they have always been particularly compassionate about pets (we have 2 dogs, 2 cats). My receipt also gives a Carlisle address, but that could be for tax purposes. I left Dallas alone here for at least 40 minutes and am not missing any property. They have always been our “go to” company for carpet cleaning.

Worst company to deal with by far! Worst customer service, empty promises, lies, and a very expensive bill at the end of all this is all we got from this company. After $800 our house still has stains and reaks of urine. They promised that if the service did not work the money could go towards carpeting. We received an outrageous quote and they agreed they would match anyone’s quote. We had another company come out and their estimate was thousands of dollars cheaper. Ashley, has ignored the situation and our phone calls for days and is not willing to keep a promise that was given to us by her. All we wanted was either a refund or match on carpet installation like promised. This company should be ashamed of themselves!
