I have known the owner of this company for many years and they do fantastic work. In any business from time to time, things go wrong and they have a reputation for making things right. The issue I had with them was the quality of the cleaning after we had damage from a broken water pipe. I wasn’t satisfied. They sent their cleaning crew back and went back over everything and even reduced my bill.

We were putting our house up for sale and decided to have our carpets cleaned so that they show better. Chem Dry came and cleaned the carpets but emptied their cleaning tank on our front lawn so were left with a brown stream running down our lawn leading to a 2 foot circle of burnt grass at the bottom of our yard. Our neighbors also used them and had the same thing happen to their lawn the next day. I called them to ask them how they were going to handle it. Bill, the owner who was ther person here doing the cleaning that day said that they didn’t empty their tank and don’t use any chemicals. He just kept saying ma’am we don’t do that. I said we could work something out or we could stop payment on the check and talk about it in court. He said “Do whatever the F*** you want, you’re and a**h***”. Classy from a small business owner. Would not suggest using them unless you want the outside of your house to look bad instead. Also the carpet was hard and crunchy after they cleaning.
