Clean Carpets USA lied in their ad, the owner promised a refund, but he never sent one. Here’s what happened. In January 2012, I purchased Clean Carpet USA’s Groupon for $59. In March, the owner of the company, Gady, came to our home to do the cleaning. The next day, my wife and I looked at the carpet and noticed it wasn’t very clean. It turned out he did a “dry cleaning.” They promised a “hot water extraction.” That’s not what they did. After a lot of complaining, Gady finally promised a full refund. He never sent it. And he won’t respond to my messages. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great price and a great job from a locally, owed and operated company. I called and they were able to schedule me within a few days and when they came out, they were clean, courteous, on-time and best of all they did an amazing job and the price was better than fair. I’m going to have them back next week to do my home’s air ducts to get my house in tip-top shape for spring. Great job – my carpets look like new!!!
