I was a tenant moving out of a home in Deer Island and called to have the carpets cleaned on our last day. The man who answered was very unprofessional and semi rude/short with me. I was in a pinch so I scheduled the appointment anyways (not many people service this area and I’d called the others already.) He was supposed to be there at 9a three days later. The day came and we waited for 20 minuted before calling to see where he was. No answer. Left a voicemail. 30 more minutes showed up and still no word. True be told I’m writing this review at the house now… STILL WAITING…. because I still have not got a call back and he is now an hour late. I’ve called everywhere I can think of to get someone else here but no one can do the job on such short notice. VERY, VERY disappointed.

I don’t know very much about carpet cleaning but when I met the tech that came to my house, I think his name was Chris, he taught me quite a bit. I learned that the spot bot I was using actually did more harm than good. He was very friendly and gave me a great deal. It’s nice to hire someone that you’ve never met and feel completely confident in their services. I’m a customer for life. Thanks again, carpets look great!
