I’m only giving this company a star because I have to in order to post this review and WARN PEOPLE. It looked the same 5 days later than before the guy came. It was just the same as that chem dry business…and they both were lame and expensive. DON’T GO NEAR THIS COMPANY!

The carpet was left filthy. I went over it myself 2-times the next day with my trusty Bissel to where at least the exit water was clean. I got a major stain out myself (after he said it wasn’t possible and left it). I called them to let them know and I never heard from them again. Granted the carpet was dirty and had pet stains, but that’s why I called someone. I wanted some advice and get a “”deep clean””. I received neither. My new Bissel does just as good a job.

AWESOME!!! Thank YOU!! I called this company because they have been in business for 23 years and now I know why. Last year I had chem dry out and they were ridiculously expensive and the carpet looked filthy again in 5 days or so (it actually never felt really clean but most of the stains came back in a day or two). So after Christmas I tried Heavens Best which turned out to be just like chem dry and the results were even worse. Northwest used super duper powerful steam cleaning and it sucked everything out to their truck. It was hardly damp when they were finished. The price was less and three weeks later our carpet still looks great. Thanks Northwest Carpet Care!
