I usually try to save a buck with a coupon from a commercial chain co. to get my carpet cleaned. I paid the extra 20. and tried this company since I feel it is more important now to support local business. The old saying, ‘you get what you pay for’ never rang more true. The carpet has never been this white since living in this house for 6 years. The two young men were respectful and went the extra distance to clean the dark build up that occurs from the cold air return around the circumference of the room. With other companies they add on cost for the extra this & that. This is by far the best service I have received in a long time ANYWHERE. Let’s go back to our roots and help each other. These chains are drowning our country and service has been lost. I will recommend this company to everyone. GREAT JOB. They even came back for a small spot that bled through when the carpet dried, without charge!!!!!!

The folks at PaulDavis are nice and the main representative, “B”, was professional and good to talk with. However, “B’s” timeliness and response to need has been the worst. Simply put, “B” gives empty promises. We have been told by “B” that repairs and workers would be out at specific times, but the workers did not show. The workers made huge ruts in our yard between our driveway and the neighbor’s driveway – to a point that it is extremely difficult to mow and the possibility of falling is great. We were promised back in February that the ruts would be repaired but to date nothing has been done. A piece of the kitchen flooring has slipped and we were told that the flooring rep would repair it. We have not seen the flooring rep since the floor was put in. The people are truly nice but their response to our needs far exceeds disappointing.
