The salesman at Otto’s gave me good advice picking out the carpet, and when I really liked one that wouldn’t wear good he TOLD me so, rather than just telling me what I wanted to hear and making an easy sale. I can’t emphasize that enough. He stopped me in my tracks and talked me out of something I was all set to buy because he knew it would not be the best choice for our traffic areas. Wow! I ended up going with a carpet that might not have been my first choice, but I’m SO HAPPY I did. This carpet wears like IRON even on stairs, and cleans up so nice, I know it will stay looking good for years. Oh, and Otto’s installers were super nice and did a good job putting it in. They even asked me to look it over before they left to make sure I was 100% satisfied. If you hate buying carpet like I did, it’s just because you’ve been buying the wrong kind of carpet at the wrong kind of places!
