New world cleaning has very poor communication. It is very difficult to get in touch with an actual live representative of the company ,instead you will always get a voice mail.Time is money and we simply do not have that to waste. My wife and I have found another company that has been very attentative to our needs and actually takes their buisness calls. Later when inquiring about the cleaning service from others in the community know one seemed to know anything about them. My only gripe is pick up your phone and run the buisness. I have not found any problems with this company at all! They are always professional, provide exceptional service and will provide the cleaning chemicals/supplies I request. Never have I experienced any kind of thing missing…and I deal directly with the owner(s) who are very nice and always ready to help. I reccomend them for sure! Not sure what problem the other customer had…but sounds like they are just disgruntled, and confused. I give this company a 5 star rating!
