I was told multiple times by Chris from Serv Pro of Cuyahoga county that they only accept cash or check payments and was also pressed fur payment in cash out check by him, as well as being delayed in the complete clean up of my home because of it. Your website specifically shows that the company accepts Amex, Visa, MasterCard, and more payment methods other than what I was told. My insurance company is using Chris as a means to extract money from me from an emergency situation by delaying the claim assessment on my home until next week even though Clean up had started, but can’t be completed because they want thousands of dollars in cash or check only.
