I paid $360 cash for carpet dyeing in two small areas from pet stains. THE STAINS LOOK EXACTLY THE SAME AND THE CARPETS ARE WET ONE WEEK LATER. He used an old rotary scrubber and I did not see anything that looked like dye work. He just talked about his secret, patented cleaner which I think was all a fabrication (Proctor & Gamble would steal it?). He says he stands by his work but when I asked him to come back out for his “color correction” services or for a partial refund, he texted “Over and out!” Weirdest carpet cleaning experience of my life. I would not recommend AT ALL. I am sick to be out all that money for NOTHING. I should have known that there was a problem when he told me on the phone $150 for each area, then texted it was $325, then showed up and asked for $400 cash. For 30 minutes of work. BEWARE and do not hire this man.

This place was great until they messed up which is when I realized they have absolutely no customer service and very little ability to admit wrong doing. I took in several items for cleaning and when I went to pick them up I was told that my one dress wasn’t ready yet. When I went back the next day I was told they tried to remove a spot and inadvertently removed color and the dress was pretty much ruined. i was told to bring in my receipt for the dress and I could get a refund. I said ok and asked for the dress back (I figured I could re-purpose the fabric somehow – the dress was sentimental). I was told they’d have to ask the owner because they couldn’t really pay for my dress and give it to me. Huh? You ruined it! Why can’t I get it back? The whole ordeal took 2 phone conversations and 5 (FIVE!) total trips to the cleaners before I got my dress back and my refund. I had to argue with the owner for quite a while insisting I wanted money – not store credit. Why the heck would I want $50 in credit to this place that ruined my dress AND displayed horrible customer service?! I will never, ever go back after how rudely I was treated and how dismissive they were. They could have saved my business had they just handled their mistake correctly from the beginning. Instead they lost me and I have made a point to tell every single person I know to avoid them. You should too. And as for the previous reviewer’s comment about paying in advance – my review is an example of why not to do that.
