I was so relieved to find Willett Vacuum to fix my Miele. The local Miele repair locations near my home in CT are not very responsive or helpful. This includes the places in Westport and Stamford. The owner of Willett Vacuum Repair is the opposite. He is helpful, informative, knows the Mield vacuums and is friendly. I will gladly “cross the border” to go to him if I need a repair.

TERRIBLE JOB CLEANING MY RUG & no apology. I have no idea why there are so many different phone numbers & addresses for this one company if not to elude customers. Don’t trust your valued possessions to this company!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They picked up my rug for cleaning yet it came back with the same amount of dust as when it left. They may have vacuumed the top but did not clean it properly or beat the dust out as they said they would. I spoke to the owner, yes, The Owner, he offered no apology and no explanation as to why they wasted my time rearranging my lounge area to have the same problem as before I sent it. They banked my check even after saying they would return it. If they can’t clean a rug I would certainly not let them into my home to do anything else!
