ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Spoke with the owner Johnny Pericon to schedule an estimate on a Wednesday. He said he could make it out on the upcoming Sunday and gave me a window from 10-12. I spent two hours waiting for him to show and he never did. NO phone call, apology, nothing. I called him at 12 and he never answered. Unprofessional, Irresponsible and just plain rude. I would never recommend this company to do any work on anything ever. These other reviews are all around the same time frame in 2013. I would bet they are all fake.

I called master carpet cleaning after calling various companies and found that the price they gave me was very reasonable, which initially made me a bit apprehensive. I took a chance and was very please with the results. The crew was polite, listened to my concerns, answered my questions and did an excellent job. I was very surprised and i honestly feel that i got more than what i payed for. I have spent a lot more money on the same carpet and did not get the same results.
