If you want to get robbed use this company. Maybe you wont get robbed unless your a 96 yr old lady that cant lift her head she has to hold it up by hand. They came to her house for a flood on Friday afternoon May 26th for a flood and sewage. Of cause I know that you have to suck up the sewage and sanitize it. They were there and for 2 hrs and charged her $3200 dollars. I do similar work but was not available I at most would have charged 300-400. They took advantage of an old sick lady. I had to give 1 star because this site wont let me do less. DO NOT USE THESE THIEVES.

I scheduled an upholstery cleaning appointment with this company after they had made a solicitation call. I did not seek them out, but the polite lady offered a price that was well suited to my budget. The appointment was rescheduled for time of arrival between 8am and 10 am. When no one had arrived by 10 am I called and spoke to a person named ROB, he said the technician would arrive before 11 am, as he was delayed. I said I understand no problem but as long as he keeps the time as it is a weekend, and I have plans with my young children. When no one called or arrived by 11:10 am I called and get the lady who says she will get back to me soon. This time Rob calls back and says the technician would arrive 10 minutes from now, which is now past 11:15 am. I was upset by this casual customer service, and asked how do they plan to compensate for this waste of my time, having waited all morning. Rob yells back and says, “I am canceling your appointment, go find another service!” In the age of stellar customer service by businesses, this was a shock, such poor manners with customers. I am still upset I ever agreed to schedule these cleaners but the woman was so nice and ready to work with the customer that it felt worth it. Rob on the other hand needs to work on his temper, he should save it for himself and not throw it on customers. We need to learn to be polite and kind to make this world a better place. I wish you well but had to write in order to let other customers know what to expect. Perhaps they’ll work on their customer care skill now.

This review has nothing to do with Pampers Dry Cleaning, and everything to do with the asian lady tailor. She absolutely ruined my $700.00 vera wang collection tunic top. I brought it to her for adjustments and she sewed the seams crooked and unevenly!! Each seam on the bodice is sewn differently. I brought it to a tailor in the city for repair…..so, I spent $55 for Pamper tailor, and another $60 for the city tailor. When you have a priceless piece, it’s best to read reviews ‘before’ you hand it over. BY THE WAY…..my Manhattan tailor could not believe a ‘professional’ did this, he strongly suggested I review her on Yelp.

Do not sue this company. They give you harrassing phone calls if you decide that you need to cancel the appointment. I told them that I could not do the job at this time and that I would call them and now they will not leave us alone. They call us everyday around 8:30 am and when I call to complain they say I need to call back between 3 and 5 pm when customer service is there. They can not help me at this time.
