Nearly two weeks ago, I dropped off a dress that needed a whole new zipper and informed the lady at the service counter, I’d like to have it back for Easter, to wear for Church. Now this dress is a very rare shade of what I’d call a pastel teal. Today I received a call saying the zipper hadn’t come in (as it had to be specially ordered) I think the attendant (Libby, I believe) heard the panic in my voice and assured me they would do all they could to get my impossibly pastel dress back to me- in time for Church on Sunday!! Well, not even a half hour later a received a call back informing me the seamstress drove to a local store and searched for a zipper, which she found to match my dress and guaranteed delivery by Friday!! WHO does that anymore?! Really? Jim’s Dry Cleaners, That’s who! Another reason I would Highly recommend Their services over any other!!! Thank You for rescuing my Impossibly Pastel Teal Dress!!!!! 2 weeks ago I droped off a halloween costume that had gotten a little orange inflate foam on it from the insulation that had been isnstalled in my home . they said that they could clean it . They sure did the cloke was black velvet and the gown was black velvet with vinal front and a orange and brown sweater . They threw them all in the washer together keep in mind the gown and cloke were not to be washed by the instructions on the lable. they totaly distroyed the cloke NO velvet on it at all it was all over the orange and brown sweater ! It looked nasty ! and there was still orange foam on the gown and when I called about it they told me that it all came clean and looked good ! What a crock of bs! I realy dont think I will ever take another thing to them I had a $100.00 for the gown which was of therartical quality . and 75.00 for the cloke and 25 .00 for the sweater . wow if i had knowen how much damage they would do to the outfit I would have tryed to clean it myself !
